Formats and guidelines

The preferred language for the conference is English.

Keynote :

• Time: 40 minutes oral talk + 5 minutes of discussion
• Formats: projected slides (Microsoft PowerPoint or pdf)
• Languages: Support in English and presentation in English or French

Guidelines for the oral presentation :

• Time: 20 minutes oral talk + 5 minutes of discussion
• Formats: projected slides (Microsoft PowerPoint or pdf)
• Languages: Support in English and presentation in English or French

Guidelines for posters :

• Format: A0 (portrait preferred, but landscape accepted)
• Languages: English preferred, but French accepted
